Thanks to the continuous qualification of our employees and our modern testing equipment, we can offer a wide range of tests such as hardness testing, ultrasonic testing, MT/PT crack testing in accordance with standards or customer requirements directly ex works.
We offer further tests in cooperation with accredited partners. We are authorized to restamp metallic workpieces to ensure complete traceability of the materials used.
The ISO 14001 certification we received in March 2023 is another building block in our commitment to environmental protection and the continuous improvement of our environmental performance. For example, we have installed a state-of-the-art painting and drying facility with energy recovery, which enables us to significantly reduce energy consumption and increase the efficiency of our production processes. By using environmentally friendly paints and installing this new facility, we have been able to reduce the proportion of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) by over 50%, which has led to a significant reduction in our CO₂ emissions.
We have also taken extensive measures to minimize the use of hazardous substances in our production processes, which not only protects the environment, but also the health of our employees and local residents. A key objective of our environmental strategy is to reduce waste and increase the recycling rate. Through optimized processes and targeted measures, we have been able to significantly reduce our waste volume and considerably increase the proportion of recyclable materials.
